The team at Legacy Auto are amazing! I am moving to TN in a few days and needed an oil change. My experience was lovely right from the moment I stepped foot into the shop. Jacob was so friendly and easy to talk to, he frequently checked on me throughout the entire process. My car's check engine light came on a few days ago, so Andy ran a few tests and kept me informed about everything they were doing. They showed me exactly which parts they were talking about and answered all of my questions. This group of guys really go above and beyond to ensure your safety and satisfaction. 12/10 would recommend. I'm bummed I can't take them to TN with me. Thanks Legacy Auto-Tech!!

They gave me a very detailed report on the vehicle, with estimates on how much the repairs would be and advice on how to proceed. I will definitely be coming back for all my mechanic needs.

I was in a bind on a Friday afternoon and needed to be in Detroit in a couple hours. My break light switch stopped working and Legacy was able to get me the part and have me on the road in roughly half an hour. They were already working on several vehicles and were on their lunch break, but still managed to take care of me! I’ve been using Legacy for a couple years now and have never been disappointed, they do exceptional work.

You never expect the unexpected. Just like you don't expect there to be someone there to help you if something does happen. After dropping my kid off at school on my "normal" morning routine I had a tire blowout while I had my 5 month old daughter with me. I coasted as far as I could and just made it to the corner right near Legacy Auto-Tech. Not knowing I had a blowout yet, I get out and look. Check for a spare, nothing. I ask who I now know as John," Hey, can I use your air hose?". He replied,"sure, pull right up.". He proceeded to try and put air in my tire. "Not holding air", he says. He then proceeded to jack the car up in the parking lot and asks me to check for a spare. I didn't have one. I didn't know what I was going to do from here. John walks away for a moment, comes back with a tire that is an exact for my car (God). Mind you, this is not a tire shop. He then says "hey man this should fit. We'll throw it on for you, no charge." The manager then comes out right before it starts to rain and says "come inside with your daughter, have some coffee we'll take care of you". After they were done they even parked my car under the car port to keep me and my daughter out of the rain. Great guys there. They didn't have to go out of their way and help, but they did. Thank you so much fellas, you have a new customer and friend in me and my family. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being a blessing and myself and my daughters super hero's this morning. 🙌🏽
