Scheduled a service inspection. They were very thorough & done much sooner than expected. I like that they also sent video link of everything they found. Great Service!
Leg as my auto went above and beyond fixing my GMC Terrain. When I stated I did not know how much more I wanted to sink it to the 2016 after they had an idea of the issue and I golfed them I did not think I wanted to go any further they were like they understand. I let them know I would pay for the original check but did not want to sink any more cash in. They called me back late that day and asked if they could still tinker with it to try and find the issue no charge, after a few days they called me and had found the issue and fixed it along with a new battery at no charge, and they thanked me for allowing them the learning experience to find the problem. Great honest mechanic! I have used them only two times before this one but this will be our go to for all 5 of my vehicles going toward great honest service with people who care. Excellent job will recommend them to anyone I know.
I had my 2009 Venza checked out by Legacy Auto. They provided me an itemized estimate of the items they recommended to be repaired or serviced. Most of the items were fair in price with exception of the air filter and cabin filter replacement for $180 when this is a 15 minute job! The other outlandish charge was $74 for wiper blades for front and back window.
As an out of stater giving his trust to someone he doesn’t know nor knows if they know the people who he’s attempting to buy a car from, this guy made me feel comfortable and saved me from walking into a huge mistake of a car purchase. Highly recommend Legacy Auto Tech.
