I patronized Legacy Auto-Tech for the first time this week, and I am highly impressed by the kindness and professionalism as well as the quality and timeliness of the service I received. My wife said her brakes were Squeaking so I brought it in for a look while they were still under warranty. They drove it around for 30 minutes and did not hear any squeaks. They put it up and took all 4 wheels off and inspected the rear and front brakes. Everything was working well and in good condition. No problems with the brakes. They also did an oil change. It was done quickly and I had the car back in just a matter of a few hours. Andy, Jacob and the rest of the guys are top notch. Couldnt recommend a better shop or crew. Thanks Legacy Auto.

Andy and the guys are trustworthy which is #1 when spending a lot of money. Legacy has been in business a long time too. They also use good communication software so I can see pictures and descriptions of exactly what they recommend and why. I’ve been working with them for probably 10+ years and would recommend if need vehicle work done.

Taking into consideration all the different kinds of weather we will have this summer, I suggest you consider a customer waiting area outside, under the roofed area where the gas pumps used to be. Perhaps as important, you might want to make clear in your online sign-up form that for those wishing to wait for their vehicle that you have outdoor seating available under a roof. I would suggest, however, that those waiting had no other option and didn’t want to take any of the three of you out of action by driving them home and picking them up. P

Great service, they are knowledgeable and communicate really well. They also are able to get most repairs done the same day. The old place I used to send my cars always had to have the car overnight.
