I've taken both of my vehicles here for work and each time I couldn't be any happier. Very friendly and willing to explain anything that you've got a question about. Great shop and a great group of people. Definitely would recommend for any type of work.

Would offer fewer stars if possible. Entire waste of two days. I specifically asked for two items to be checked and fixed. Received a call offering a total a of $3,000 for all the work my car needed after half the inspection. Then received an email listing all of the issues excluding the two things I needed fixed. I was charged $50 to have one of their technitions put a list together of everything I already knew was wrong with my car but not fix the immediate issue at hand. Try listening to a customer instead of blowing them off and wasting their time. I should have spent the money on tools.

Andy and Jacob do a fantastic job. The job is done right the first time and for a reasonable rate. We take all of our cars to Legacy for everything from an oil change to installing new timing belts and could not be happier.

My car died while I was visiting Grand Rapids. I decided to take it here based on the preliminary phone call I had made. Jacob was so kind to me over the phone - and that's what convinced me to bring my car here. The employees of Legacy Auto-Tech were some of the most honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable people of the trade. They turned a frustrating, inconvenient event into a seamless, comfortable one. They knew their stuff inside and out, had comparable prices, and went out of their way to take care of me. I wish they were closer to my side of the state! I'd go here for everything! Cannot recommend highly enough. 10 stars.

The General Manager and Owner both greet me by name every time I come for my oil change and they are the first place I call if my vehicle is experiencing any abnormal difficulties. Great, friendly staff and I have never had any issues with them. If I am confused on a service, they allow me into the garage to see what they are talking about. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I just found the best Auto Repair Garage in Grand Rapids! It's Legacy...I was having electrical issues that 2 other places could not diagnose. With Legacy's team, they got me in quickly, discovered all electrical issues, including the power drain. I want to thank them for making me confident that my Grand Caravan is ready to face winter without concerns...they truly care about doing it right and polite!
