Speedy, friendly, well-spoken, honest service. Was informed up front about all issues found on my truck. Was told what it would cost to address all of them. Was able to pick and choose in order to save some money and felt no pressure. I also thoroughly appreciated the clean look and feel of the lobby area. Great local garage. I will without a doubt be back.

Excellent service.
Hands down the best service youll find in Grand Rapids!! Youll know that your car is in GREAT hands and will get fixed correctly....however....youll have to pay the price for it. Compared to other mechanics, they are priced a little higher. but VERY professional and well trained people.
Excellent service and competence
Came out a few days ago to find my drivers side wiper did not work. It was snowing lightly and needed to use the vehicle for 4 hours. Called Legacy right away and Steve got me in the next day. Simple repair and it was ready by noon the next day. These have been my guys since it was Jack's Service. That's around 40 years. I've never left and theyt have always been outstanding in their workmanship and customer service. I recommend Legacy with no reservations.
