Excellent service.
Hands down the best service youll find in Grand Rapids!! Youll know that your car is in GREAT hands and will get fixed correctly....however....youll have to pay the price for it. Compared to other mechanics, they are priced a little higher. but VERY professional and well trained people.
Excellent service and competence
Came out a few days ago to find my drivers side wiper did not work. It was snowing lightly and needed to use the vehicle for 4 hours. Called Legacy right away and Steve got me in the next day. Simple repair and it was ready by noon the next day. These have been my guys since it was Jack's Service. That's around 40 years. I've never left and theyt have always been outstanding in their workmanship and customer service. I recommend Legacy with no reservations.

This place is awesome! I drove from Fennville MI. After shop after shop after shop they fixed my Chevy Silverado hybrid! The only shop that would touch the hybrid system! My truck will continue to go to Legacy Auto and them only! Thank you guys!
