Integrity is invaluable in my book. And experience with Steve at Legacy Auto can be summed in that one word. INTEGRITY. I'm not a local resident of the area but had my car problems with my car there while on loan to our son and daughter-in-law who live there. Last Thu it would not start, surprisingly since I had just installed a brand new battery two weeks prior....so I was prepared for an alternator replacement. But lo and behold, it was simply a poor connection on the negative battery terminal impeding a full contact for proper charging. They could have just replaced the alternator or faked a replacement and I probably wouldn't have known. But NO....they were HONEST. That was impressively respectable in my book. If I lived closer, I would send all my auto service work there. Thank you Steve and the Legacy Auto team. You guys rock in my book.

Speedy, friendly, well-spoken, honest service. Was informed up front about all issues found on my truck. Was told what it would cost to address all of them. Was able to pick and choose in order to save some money and felt no pressure. I also thoroughly appreciated the clean look and feel of the lobby area. Great local garage. I will without a doubt be back.
